Did you know March is 'National bed month'?

If there's just one space in your home that should be free of clutter, it's the bedroom.

Our bedrooms should be serene, calm, welcoming and clear, you should feel relaxed when entering your bedroom not stressed or overwhelmed.


Research shows that having a bedroom free of clutter impacts positively on our sleep & ability to relax.


Introduce under bed storage to keep items neatly tucked away, use cube boxes for holding items & pop on top of the wardrobe, pop dividers into your drawers & wardrobes. Making your bed every day & opening the window for a blast of fresh air is also beneficial.


Most importantly try to declutter regularly to keep clutter at bay.
